Privacy & analytics

Proofpath uses anonymous analytics by default — coarse events with IP anonymized and no ads signals — so we can see which flows work. Sensitive scopes (personalization, marketing, sensitive-data use) are always opt-in. You can opt out of analytics below or in Settings at any time.

For full privacy choices, data rights, regional readiness, AI transparency, and vendor inventory, visit the Trust & Privacy Center.

Anonymous analytics

On by default. Sends only coarse event names, IDs, enums, and reason codes — with IP anonymized and no ads signals. Never your notes, uploads, parsed medical text, names, or emails. Currently OFF (you opted out).

What analytics may receive

  • Event name (e.g. feedback_submitted)
  • Source surface (e.g. dashboard_next_best_action)
  • Module ID and product area
  • Account / profile state and trial state
  • Coarse category / lane enums
  • Structured reason codes
  • Confidence band, boolean flags, simple counts

What is never sent

  • Free-text notes you write
  • Uploaded files or pasted medical text
  • Parsed medical content
  • Names, emails, addresses, phone numbers
  • Family or child details
  • Health, financial, or benefits details
  • Any sensitive free text

Proofpath helps organize and summarize information. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, benefits, disability, housing, or insurance advice. It does not diagnose, verify medical accuracy, or replace a clinician, attorney, benefits worker, insurer, or qualified professional. Generated documents and summaries are starting points — review them with the appropriate qualified professional before relying on them.
